Love's Travel Stops will offer Pegasus TransTech's Scanning Service

Joins Pilot Travel Centers in Anchoring Network of 370+ TRANSFLO Express-Enabled Locations

January 20, 2004 -- TAMPA , FL – Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores, Inc., which operates 147 travel stops and convenience stores across 18 states, has signed an exclusive agreement with Pegasus TransTech to offer Pegasus' TRANSFLO Express SM truck stop scanning service. Love's will join Pilot Travel Centers, Bosselman, Davis Oil and select Rip Griffin locations as anchors of the nationwide network of TRANSFLO Express-enabled travel centers offering their fleet customers same-day access to delivery documents. The addition of Love's locations will extend the TRANSFLO Express network to more than 370 travel centers across the U.S.

TRANSFLO Express is a service provided by Pegasus TransTech at participating truck stops nationwide. Drivers simply hand their trip documents to a fuel desk attendant for scanning. In seconds, these documents are delivered electronically to the fleet for immediate billing and payroll processing. Drivers keep the original documents. All fleets, regardless of size, can receive their trip documents via TRANSFLO Express.

Implementation of TRANSFLO Express in more than 100 Love's locations is expected to be completed by the end of April.

Don Van Curen, Love's Director of Sales, said Love's decision to select TRANSFLO Express from Pegasus TransTech came after a careful evaluation of all options.
