Prime Inc. Announces 2004 Contractors of the Year February 20, 2004

PRIME INC., Missouri's largest motor carrier and North America's largest refrigerated carrier, announced six drivers (from their 4,000 driver-base) as recipients for their 2004 Contractor of the Year Award on Friday, February 20, 2004. This select group was chosen from PRIME INC.'s Contractors of the Month throughout the calendar year of 2003. Each member will receive $1,000; a gift certificate for an embroidered custom designed “Contractor of the Year” shirt; and personalized plaques (one of which will be placed in PRIME's “Hall of Fame”.) All winners will be the guests of PRIME at PRIME's booth during the Mid-AMERICA Truck Show held March 25-27, 2004 in Louisville, KY.

PRIME INC.'s 2004 Contractor of the Year award winners are as follows:

• Flatbed Division: Robert McClinnis (Driving with PRIME since 2001)
• Reefer Division: Corey Hendrickson (Driving with PRIME since 1999)
• Tanker Division: Jim Bob Lee (Driving with PRIME since 2001)
• RTC Team: Debbie Taylor & John Shows (Driving with PRIME since 1999)
• Wil-Trans: John Capozzi (Driving with PRIME since 2002)

PRIME INC.'s 2004 Company Driver of the Year award winner is as follows:

• Company Driver: Steven Peters (Driving with PRIME since 1998)
