Owner Operators compensation jumped from 84" per mile to 86" per mile, and the package includes the following benefits: a fuel surcharge program that pays on all miles, loaded and empty; paid base plates and permits; paid fuel and use tax, including all administration; a national tire account program; health, dental and short-term disability insurance; and no runs to New York City or Canada.
Company drivers are given a pay increase of 2" per mile effective February 1, 2005; solo drivers can earn up to 40" per mile, and teams can earn up to 46" per mile based on experience.
