Little Rock, Ark. (May 1, 2006) -- Continental Express driver Troy Tunstall of Concord, Ark., has reached 1.7 million safe driving miles and is looking forward to hitting the 2 million mark.
With more than 25 years of professional driving experience, Tunstall has spent more than 13 of those years driving for Continental. According to Tunstall, working for Continental is easy because “they get me home on time for the amount of time I need to be home, and when I’m ready to go again, they have places for me to go.”
Tunstall says that when it comes down to reaching his safe
driving goals, it all boils down to “paying attention!”
He adds that “most people have so many accidents because they
are too easily distracted; they are always busy doing other things
while driving rather than simply paying attention to the
road.” He also added that it is so important not to let
yourself get too tired.
When he’s not on the road, Tunstall says he doesn’t
have a whole lot of time for interesting hobbies. He claims
“all my off time is usually filled with honey-do chores for
my wife. That takes up most of my free time.”
Continental Express, Inc congratulates Troy for this milestone
accomplishment and encourages him to keep up the good work.
