TW Transport Announces Innovative Pay Package

In another creative move for TW Transport, Inc., corporately based in Spokane, WA., the company recently announced an innovative new pay package for their company drivers. In addition to top mileage pay and full benefits, drivers are now paid $13.00 per hour when they arrive for their scheduled appointment time until they are completely loaded and/or empty. Any waiting a driver must do will be done on the clock.
“Our Drivers Time is valuable. We took some of the guesswork out of the pay package and have decided to pay drivers for everything they do, including waiting,” said Jeff Benesch, Director of Driver Services and Personnel.

The company also offers an outstanding owner operator package, which pays for all fuel. Benesch said, “We want our owner operators successful. By taking the guess work and worry out of the instability of the fuel industry (high costs, etc) our owner operators can concentrate on maximizing miles and income and let us worry about fuel prices”. TW Transport also pays license, HVUT and insurance fees. This is just another way the company strives to ease operating costs for their contractors.
