Granger, IA – May 30, 2007 – The 2007 NASCAR season
has officially taken off and what a great start for
Barr-Nunn Transportation with its relationship
with Roush-Fenway Racing. Barr-Nunn Company Driver James
Warren, enjoyed a once-in-a-lifetime experience by attending the
Busch Series, Carquest Auto Parts 300 Race.
On Saturday, May 26, Company Driver James Warren attended the
Carquest Auto Parts 300 at Lowe’s Motor Speedway in Concord,
NC. Not only did James Warren watch the race up close but also was
able to share the experience with his father Donald, brother
Russell and stepson Harry Allen III. Highlights of the trip
included the chance to watch the Carquest Auto Parts 300 Race,
getting the autographs of several drivers, standing in the pits,
and watching the mechanics work up close.
When asked about his experience at the race, James noted, “It
was a blast! I met Danny O’Quinn and got a few other
drivers’ autographs. The Pit Passes were great – I was
right in the middle of the action – the place where
spectators wish they could be. I was really treated like a
VIP.” James went on to say, “If anyone has the
opportunity to win a trip like this, it is well worth the while.
It’s a pretty good feeling.” James said his favorite
part was being able to look under the hoods of some of the racecars
and watching the mechanics work their magic up close and
personal.
Barr-Nunn has many opportunities for drivers to enter for
