USG Corporation and Decker Truck Line, Inc. make appearance at NASCAR

Joliet, Ill. — USG Corporation sponsored the Sheetrock 400 and Durock 300 NASCAR races at the Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Illinois on July 8-9, 2006.  Because of the long-standing and successful business relationship between USG and Decker Truck Line, Inc., Decker was selected by USG to furnish two trucks and trailers to display USG products near the public entrance to the speedway. Unfortunately, the USG driver got bumped out of first place to take twenty-second place in the race.
