Paschall Truck Lines Congratulates June Award Winners

Paschall Truck Lines (PTL) proudly announces the winners of the June 2005 Company Driver and Owner Operator of the Month Awards. Samuel Echols is the Company Driver of the Month and Gary Feltner is the Owner Operator of the Month.

Echols has been driving professionally for ten years and has been with PTL for five years. Before he started driving, he worked as an auto mechanic. Echols plans to keep driving and hopes to retire from PTL. In addition to this award, he achieved 500,000 Safe Driving Miles.

When not driving, Echols spends time with his wife of one year, Jackqueline. He is also a work out buff and enjoys taking out his frustrations on his punching bag.

Feltner, a veteran driver of 30 years, has been working with PTL for seven years. He has no shortage of interesting road stories. For instance, he once drove through a snowstorm in upstate New York in whiteout conditions. He also changed a flat tire for an elderly couple one hot afternoon. The wife was kind enough to bring iced tea to keep him cool while he worked. In addition to this award, Feltner is the Driver of the Month for March 2004 and a 500,000 Safe Mile Driver. He also received the Kentucky Colonel award.

Feltner enjoys spending time with his family when he is not on the road. He has a wife of 23 years, Kimberly, and two children, Nicole and Byram. He also has one grandchild, Ephraim, and a schnauzer named Ralphie.
